Education Assistance

We offer tuition assistance and scholarship program to help you pursue professional development offered by other institutions.  Employees also have access to Stanford University's Continuing Studies program.  Full-time employees are eligible for $2,000 per fiscal year for tuition assistance, pro-rated for part-time employees.

Stanford Center for Education and Professional Development

The SCEPD is an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation.  This center runs continuing programs for our nurses to hone their skills.

Stanford Health Care Leadership Academy

We established our six-month leadership academy program to foster growth, development, and success of our organization's leaders.  Our academy mixes theoretical and hands-on training from experts inside and outside our community.
