Application

Phone Screen
Applicants are selected for phone screens based on their application.  Our intern program team conducts phone screens to clarify points on your resume, confirm your availability for the summer, and answer questions from you.  The intern program team recommends you to a department/project that they believe is a good match
Interviews
Department leaders conduct interviews virtually with the top 2-3 candidates recommended for their position based on the application and phone screen.
We use behavioral interview questions.  Following the interviews, final selections are made.
