Voice of the Customer Survey: We Want To Hear From You!
New Hires & Internal Transfers
We would like to invite you to participate in our voice of the customer survey. The purpose of this survey is to gain your honest assessment regarding YOUR experience during the Hiring and Onboarding process (as either a new employee or internal transfer). This tool allows our talent acquisition team the opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of our ongoing improvement efforts and measure our progress over time. Our goal is to exceed your expectations while providing a world-class experience for our internal and external customers.
Thank you in advance for your participation in this survey!

"Visual graphic pathway to success is a brilliant idea. Another welcome opportunity to meet new colleagues and spend time with some familiar faces."
"I liked the resume review, it was helpful having actual recruiters go over the resume and give solid advice. Would love to have more hiring managers (if possible) so we can also get specific advice in relation to the different depts for even further insight. Maybe something with interview prep would be great too!"

Kevin Silvestre, MS, RACR Senior TA Consultant to Manager, HR Talent Acquisition
After a brief career in Behavioral Health, I began searching for another career that focused my two areas of interest: Psychology and Business. A friend recommended that I research jobs in Human Resources (HR) and that led to my first HR position as a Recruiter 20 years ago for a Hospital System in Chicago. I joined the Stanford Health Care Team in 2015 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and recruited for mulitiple service lines including Nursing / Patient Care Services, Pharmacy, Planning Design & Construction, Business Operations, and Allied Health. It was an honor to be promoted to Manager, Talent Acquisition in July 2021. This role allows me to make a larger impact on our team and SHC Enterprise!

Labrina Guyton, RACR Senior TA Consultant to Manager, HR Talent Acquisition
I’ve been in Talent Acquisition for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Stanford, I was a Talent Acquisition Manager for Virgin America Airlines where I worked for 12 years. I started with Stanford as a contractor, I was later hired as a full-time employee and 8 months after being hired full time I was promoted to my current role, Manager – Talent Acquisition. I knew I wanted to do more when I joined the team and the encouragement I received throughout my journey solidified my belief that Stanford Health Care is definitely a place where growth opportunities are made possible.
