Kevin Silvestre, MS, RACR Senior TA Consultant to Senior Manager, HR Talent Acquisition
After a brief career in Behavioral Health, I began searching for another career that focused my two areas of interest: Psychology and Business. A friend recommended that I research jobs in Human Resources (HR) and that led to my first HR position as a Recruiter 20 years ago for a Hospital System in Chicago. I joined the Stanford Health Care Team in 2015 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant and recruited for mulitiple service lines including Nursing / Patient Care Services, Pharmacy, Planning Design & Construction, Business Operations, and Allied Health. It was an honor to be promoted to Manager, Talent Acquisition in July 2021. This role allows me to make a larger impact on our team and SHC Enterprise!

Labrina Guyton, RACR Senior TA Consultant to Senior Manager, HR Talent Acquisition
I’ve been in Talent Acquisition for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Stanford, I was a Talent Acquisition Manager for Virgin America Airlines where I worked for 12 years. I started with Stanford as a contractor, I was later hired as a full-time employee and 8 months after being hired full time I was promoted to my current role, Manager – Talent Acquisition. I knew I wanted to do more when I joined the team and the encouragement I received throughout my journey solidified my belief that Stanford Health Care is definitely a place where growth opportunities are made possible.
