(*Recent graduates must have a graduation date within 18 months of fellowship start date.)

Stanford Health Care is part of the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) and uses the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS) application process and timeline. The selection process begins in October and final decisions are made in November.
The 2024-2025 Administrative Fellow placement will follow these dates:

First-Round Phone Interviews: Early October
Second-Round Virtual Interviews: Mid to late October
Third-Round In-Person Interviews: Mid to late October
Final Decision: November 10, 2023
