Administrative Fellowship Recruitment Process

Qualifications
    • Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and must be actively pursuing or recently graduated* with a  master's degree from an accredited college or university in one or more of the following fields of study or related degree programs: Hospital Administration, Health Services Administration, Business Administration, Public Health. (*Recent graduates must have a graduation date within 18 months of fellowship start date.)
    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

      • Current resume or Curriculum Vitae
      • Personal Statement (1-2 pages) that outlines career objectives and interest in pursuring a fellowship position at Stanford Health Care
      • Official Graduate School Transcript
      • Three letters of recommendation: one academic, one professional, and one other (academic, professional, or a letter from your program director)
      Selection Timeline
        Stanford Health Care is part of the National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF) and uses the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS) application process and timeline.  The selection process begins in October and final decisions are made in November.

        The 2023-2024 Administrative Fellow placement will follow these dates:
        • Applications Due: Friday, October 7, 2022
        • First-Round Phone Interviews: mid-October
        • Second-Round Virtual Interviews: late-October
        • Final Decision: November 11, 2022

        Application Direction
          Applicants have two options for submitting their application.  You only need to apply in one location to be considered:
          • We accept applications through our career site.
