Stanford Medicine occasionally collaborates with select recruitment firms for specialized positions; however, all such engagements must be coordinated through the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments. Unsolicited resumes or candidate profiles submitted on behalf of another will not be accepted. Submissions from a recruiting firm will only be acknowledged with prior departmental approval and a formal written agreement that has been reviewed by Human Resources and executed by an authorized signatory of Stanford Medicine ("Agreement").

Any resumes submitted on behalf of another without the aforementioned Agreement shall be regarded as the property of Stanford Medicine. Consequently, Stanford Medicine shall not be obligated to pay, nor will it pay, any recruitment fees or commissions associated with these unsolicited submissions.
